PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
1. WHAT CAN YOU FIND HERE AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In this document, you will find information on the processing of your personal data in connection with the use of the website of the Ynovate project (www.ynovate.cz).We, JIC, zájmové sdružení právnických osob, with registered office at Purkyňova 649/127, Medlánky, 612 00 Brno, 635 00 Brno, ID No.: 71180478 ("JIC"), are responsible for the processing of your personal data as the personal data controller.
Our role in the Ynovate project is to act as an intermediary between you and the innovation centres involved in the project. The following innovation centres are involved in Ynovate:

We transfer your personal data to the Innovation Centres for the purpose of arranging contact with you at your request and with your consent. The Innovation Centres will further process your personal data as independent personal data controllers (i.e. as entities that determine the purposes and means of processing personal data themselves and are responsible for this activity independently of us).
In this document you will learn specifically what categories of personal data we process about you, for what purposes, to what extent, what entitles us to do so, and for how long we will retain your personal data. It also tells you who we may disclose your personal data to, what rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data and how you can exercise them.
2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
We process different categories of personal data about you for different purposes.Specifically, the following categories are involved:
- identification details (e.g. name, surname, registration number, VAT number);
- identification details of your device (e.g. IP/Mac address);
- information about your behaviour on the website (using so-called Cookies);
- content of communications (any information that is the content of query or communication between us).
- contact details (e.g. email address, phone number);
3. HOW ARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?
We process these categories of personal data for various purposes. The specific purposes are specified below. The main purpose of processing your data is to provide you with the best possible service in connection with the Ynovate project.A. ARRANGING CONTACT WITH ANOTHER INNOVATION CENTRE
As part of the Ynovate project, we provide a link between you and other Innovation Centres. Providing this personal information is completely voluntary on your part, but it is necessary for us to be able to connect you with another Innovation Centre.
Of course, you can withdraw your consent at any time by following the procedure set out in section 5 below.

You provide us with personal data in connection with enquiries and instructions completely voluntarily, whether in the contact form or in an e-mail or phone call. However, we may not be able to respond to you without such information. You can object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of answering your query. If it is justified, we will stop the processing.

4. TO WHOM MAY YOUR DATA BE DISCLOSED?

5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM?
Here you can find out what rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise these rights vis-à-vis JIC in any way that suits you. RIGHT TO REVOKE CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
If your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, simply by sending an e-mail to weiss@jic.czRIGHT OF ACCESS
You have the right to access your personal data processed by us. At the same time, you have the right of information regarding what personal data about you are being processed, for what period of time, the purposes of their processing, to whom they are disclosed and whether they are used for automated decision-making (or how this automated decision-making works).A copy of your personal data will be provided to you free of charge. Only if several copies are required, we will request the necessary payment for their provision.
RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION
If you find out that incomplete or incorrect personal data are being processed in relation to you, you have the right to have the data rectified or, if required by the purpose of processing of these personal data, to supplement them.RIGHT TO ERASURE
Your rights also include the right to erasure of your personal data that are being processed in relation to you. In order to be able to request erasure, one of the following grounds must exist:- your personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
- your personal data are being processed unlawfully;
- you have revoked the consent on the basis of which your personal data were processed and there is no other authorisation (legal title) to further process these personal data;
- you object to the processing of your personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of JIC, and JIC is not able to prove that its legitimate interest overrides your right to erasure;
- there exists a legal ground that requires erasure of such personal data;
- personal data of a child are processed without parental consent to such processing.
RIGHT TO PORTABILITY
Your rights also include the right to portability. If you have provided the controller with your personal data on the basis of consent or necessity thereof for the conclusion and performance of an agreement and the data are processed by automated means, you may request that the controller provide you with your personal data that meet these conditions. The data will be provided in a commonly used, structured and machine-readable format. If technically feasible, they will be handed over to another controller based on your request, according to your choice.RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING
If you believe that your personal data are incorrect, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted for the period necessary to verify their accuracy and correcting.You also have this right in the following cases:
- processing of your personal data is unlawful, but you do not wish that your personal data be erased;
- your personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were processed, but you insist on their processing (especially retention) for the establishment, exercise or defence of your legal claims;
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest; in this case, restriction of processing will be valid for a period necessary to determine whether the legitimate interest of the controller prevails over your right to no further processing of your personal data.
